The same work,
entered twice.
Menus, orders, stock and supplier information are copied from one place to another. Staff carry the administration.
Less time joining the dots.
More time looking after people.
Macia is a planned operating network connecting guests, bookings, service, stock, payments and suppliers in one clear place.
In development planning. The Macia operational platform is not yet built. This site presents its direction.
01 / Why Macia
Guests experience one venue. Behind the scenes, teams bridge the gaps between disconnected systems, spreadsheets and messages.
Menus, orders, stock and supplier information are copied from one place to another. Staff carry the administration.
Important details sit in different tools. Managers have to piece together what happened and what needs attention.
Working tools should be able to connect. Changing one provider should not mean rebuilding the whole operation.
The aim is simple: remove duplicate administration so teams can focus on guests, food, drinks and service.
02 / A clearer way to work
Macia is designed to work with useful existing systems and provide native capability where there are gaps.
One straightforward operating story, with people in control of important decisions.
Bring the venue, team and useful existing systems together.
Bring in the menus, files and supplier information the business already uses.
Check uncertain details and important changes before putting them to work.
Give each person a clear view of service, supply and what needs attention next.
03 / The Macia network
The guest, the venue and the people who supply it are part of the same story.
Macia's planned network connects everyday venue operations with producers, suppliers and markets. Independent businesses stay independent, with a clearer way to work together.
04 / The operating vision
A few clear views of the day, shaped around the people doing the work. These are planned capabilities, not a live product demonstration.

05 / The intended first proving ground
A planned hospitality destination. A real-world ambition for proving the whole operating story.
Lebrewski is intended to be Macia's first controlled proving environment: somewhere to learn from daily service, buying and management before expanding to other venues.

A proving ground, not a product boundary. Macia is intended for independent hospitality beyond a single venue.
Connected vision. Separate interests. Macia, Lebrewski's operating business and property capital remain separately structured. Investment in one carries no automatic ownership or rights in the others.
06 / The commercial opportunity
The starting point is recurring venue software. Low-friction supplier participation is designed to build value around the daily operation.
Baseline development is founder-funded. Strategic investment and partnerships can support acceleration, with scope and rights agreed separately.
Planning hypotheses · subject to validation · not final offers
Macia is not taking subscriptions on this site. No live integrations, paying customers or investment returns are claimed.
07 / The planned path
A staged build, starting with the foundations and the core service loop. Expansion follows evidence from real operation.
Establish the people, information and connections the operation relies on.
Bring bookings, orders, service, payments and close together.
Add depth across recipes, allergens, stock, waste and capacity.
Connect suppliers, purchasing, deliveries and differences to review.
Extend the connected supply network and multi-venue operation.
All stages are planned. Progression depends on implementation, testing and acceptance; no launch dates are promised.
08 / The people behind the plan
Macia is led by husband-and-wife team Mitch and Jippy Bush, combining experience in demand generation, systems, procurement and commercial control.
Mitch combines 25 years in digital growth and web development with hands-on business and hospitality experience. He built a national, inbound-led commercial business to more than £800,000 in annual turnover and has developed software and automation through WeBoost and Beffer. His hospitality experience includes a compact Mallorca restaurant serving up to 180 covers a day — a practical perspective on the systems working teams need.
Jippy brings more than 20 years of experience in procurement, supplier management, contracts and commercial governance, alongside practical bar and hospitality experience. Her focus is the people, products and supplier relationships behind a well-run operation.
